Compare to Slick Trick standard

Date:December 13, 2012
I tried the Viper and it is a good broadhead. I am not sure why Slick Trick felt it had to market it though. I find it inferior to the standard Slick Trick which is a great broadhead. I prefer the full cutting width on all the blades as compared to the reduced size from the bleeder blades on the Viper. Given the energy imparted by today's compound bows and the average kill distances, the 'cut on impact' is only a marketing thing.

viper tricks

Date:October 15, 2012
Slick trick did it again with their viper trick broadheads. I decided to switch to these from griz tricks because they are more of a cut on contact head. I arrowed a large doe today and it went square into a rib on entry and cut right through another rib on exit and when i recovered my arrow i was surprised when i pulled it out of the ground and the blades and tip still looked new and were sharp. They may not be the biggest broadheads out there, but with slick tricks field-tip like accuracy they are more than adequate.

Awesome Broadheads!!!

Date:October 7, 2012
These broadheads fly like field points. Even after a pass through shot on a doe, the blades were still very sharp, in-tacked, and ready to use again!!!! Very happy with these heads and they will be in my quiver for a long time.

Big game - elk

Date:October 2, 2012
Broadhead works good on deer, antelope, ect. Did not work so well on elk. Not enough cutting edge for me personnally. ( Lost 2-370 range elk)

The best got better

Date:July 15, 2012
Super sharp compact fixed blade head that flies great...improved cut on contact head over the razor trick...a little smaller cut but as good as it flies you should be able to find your mark. These will be on the mountain with me this fall.
