Horton Brotherhood Crossbow Package

Date:September 28, 2011
This is a hard shooting and accurate shooting crossbow. but it has problems, it is not a very comfortable crossbow to shoot. the stock is extremely long which makes it very difficult to cock, unless you are 6 foot tall with very long arms. I am 5ft-6 and when I bend over to cock the cross bow my arms fall short about 4 inches of reaching the string to cock the crossbow. and if you cant reach the string to cock it right it won't engage the safety ..you have to engage the safety manually. The Horton Brotherhood Crossbow is also very heavy. I would recommend this crossbow, but only to a tall person with long arms.I upgraded from the Horton summit HD 150 which is a great crossbow. Horton makes great crossbows. I wont hunt with any other brand, but I would not buy this crossbow again.
