This affordable bow made by Martin is the best bow for the money you'll ever see. The Martin Exile is a smooth shooting, fast, and very forgiving bow. This bow would be comparable to a higher end bow worth two to three times the money. If you are new to the sport of bow hunting or are just looking for an awesome bow without hurting your wallet this is the one. Thanks Cabelas & Martin for this great bow!
**Also has a short axle length and 80% let-off which I can personally say is great.

The BEST bang for your buck...pun intended.
Pros: I've been a gun hunter of over 15 years and decided to give bow hunting a try. Until the day I walked into Cabela's I had NEVER fired a bow in my life. I tried out a few Bear and PSE bows but they didn't feel comfortable and not forgiving. I picked up the Exile, fired 20 shots without any adjustments and had 1 inch groupings at 20 yards. Do not let the price turn you off, this bow is for all experience levels. The bracing is tough, it's very light, comfortable, accurate and forgiving. It's also very fast, smooth and quiet. I'm 6 feet tall with a 29 inch draw and this bow is an enjoyment to shoot. It feels tiny, which it is, but that's the best part when you're hauling gear through rugged terrain and 25 feet in a tree. My first night of hunting I whacked 2 does and got another doe on day 2. My hunting buddies have top level Diamond, Matthews and Hoyt bows and I have no problem challenging them in target practice. No doubt that their bow's are better quality but nowhere near the price difference.
Cons: If you get the package, the sight and arrow rest are not high quality. My sight broke in cold weather after about 15 days.
