ISSC ISSC M22 Rimfire Pistol

A rugged, reliable and affordable .22 LR semiautomatic pistol that’s outfitted with features found on many larger-caliber tactical handguns. In addition to being an effective target and small-game pistol, it allows you to practice tactical and defensive drills while shooting less expensive rimfire ammunition. The frame is durable black polymer with a textured handle that has grasping areas for each of your fingers. A Lothar Walther precision match barrel ensures outstanding accuracy. Use the Weaver-style rail in front of the trigger guard to install a light or laser sight. There’s a safety tab on the trigger, a loaded-chamber indicator, hammer decocking lever and an external key lock to ensure safe operation. Rear sight is adjustable for windage. White-dot front sight. 4-lb. trigger pull. One 10-round magazine included.

trying at first

The issc. M22 is wonderful fun. At first it was very trying because it failed to cycle! Various articles and U-tube vids show the need for mini mag ammo or even grinding the extractor grove in the slide! Luckily i found one article that stated a little oil on the bullets changed the gun from 90% FTE to 99% reliable. It's actually closer to 100%. On all brands of ammo! A bit of rem oil on the shell casings, and the gun functions perfect. I'm still under 500 rounds but am getting closer to "break-in" since i discovered the oiling trick.

Excellent with a few quirks (like most 22s)

This is a fine .22 pistol, and is very close to the dimensions and feel to my Glock 19. It will accept similarly fitted holsters as well. After 1,500 rounds down range, I can consistently achieve a 1.5 inch group at 25 ft. It is therefore a great trainer.
It is, however finicky in its need for high velocity ammo. Do not expect cheap brick packs to reliably cycle. Mostly FTE. If you spend a little more for good CCI, you will be very happy.
Great accuracy, no recoil, great fun. All this coming from a steel and non polymer purist!

Quality 22, Tight Accuracy

Just got my M22 recently, it's somewhat picky on ammo loves CCI MiniMags, CCI Stingers, CCI AR15 bulk and Remington Thunderbolts. Does not like to eject Federal and Winchesters ammo well. Other than that it's a high quality gun with an easy take down very similar to a Glock 19 in all aspects.
Fun to shoot, easy to handle, feels and looks durable has no recoil and very accurate also. Oh and it likes to stay clean and lubed up every 600 rounds or so at least. This is what GLOCK should have made in .22lr instead ISSC filled that demand with this quality M22 pistol. Worth every penny. Go get one and enjoy.

Good Starter gun

This gun is pretty good for a couple of reasons, Simple to take down and clean, prepares you for a larger gun, Well made, it has a lot of great safety features, and is Fairly Accurate.
The only complaint is that you MUST use H.V. Ammo, since the slide is so heavy H.V. Ammo is the only thing that will cycle this gun properly.
Other than that hiccup, this gun is pretty solid and very fun to shoot, Don't expect super tight groups, but for plinking or casual shooting at the range it is a great gun.
I have shot around 2000 rounds out of mine so far.
