Wow

Date:February 16, 2011
Just got this baby packed with gear and this bag has a lot of storage and is not at all bulky. I needed something that would hold all of my steelhead gear and easy be carried. I just downsized from a bag with 4 large boxes to this and am absolutely amazed at how well everything fits the compartment on the top holds 4 spools of line and they big zipper pouch is more than adequate for scents and rags. I put it on fully loaded and the yoke-style shoulder holster evenly distributes the weight and is very comfortable. I can not wait to get out and put this to the test going up and down the banks on the river. BUY this bag you will not be disappointed.

I bought this last evening

Date:March 12, 2010
The first thing I noticed is that it is somewhat "left handed". There is a nice hard shell sunglass case horizontally mounted, but it is on the right front where the pliers/tool holster should be (in my opinon). Personally I would like the 2 attachments reversed. Although the holster is removable, there doesn't appear to be a place to relocate it to... except where the sunglass case is..............and that is sewn in permanent. Storage is adequate with several compartments and webbed holders at the side for a bottle of water etc. Seems to be comfortable, but haven't worn it for a full day yet to certify.
